Your Timeshare Owners Group Operating Objectives

To provide owners of timeshare at the Royal Islander in St. Maarten (RIC) a representative forum to speak with RIC management and obtain financial and other pertinent information for the owners including maintenance fees budgets costs etc.

To provide owners with a forum for them to register their concerns and a method of input to management so as to better influence the quality of accommodations and facilities at the RIC.

To provide owners with a way to rent sell or buy weeks through the knowledgeable services of our group.

Mission Statement

The "RIOA" was established November 1996 to provide a forum for the central voice of all owners. The "RIOA" is dedicated to the objective of ensuring owners rights and privileges are protected. Since our inception we have been very influential in making positive change for owners and the group is in ongoing dialogue with the management group at the Resort. This Website and quarterly newsletters and the ongoing efforts of the "RIOA" will continue to contribute to ensuring all owners can continue to enjoy the Resort at an affordable price for the duration of our contracts.
