The
"RIOA" was established November 1996 to provide a forum for the central voice
of all owners. The "RIOA" is dedicated to the objective of ensuring owners
rights and privileges are protected. Since our inception we have been very
influential in making positive change for owners and the group is in ongoing
dialogue with the management group at the Resort. This Website and quarterly
newsletters and the ongoing efforts of the "RIOA" will continue to contribute
to ensuring all owners can continue to enjoy the Resort at an affordable price
for the duration of our contracts.
